A few updates!
Polterguys Vol. 2 is finally shaping up to be a real story and not just a few plot points in my head! I’m particularly stressed about getting it done because I realize waiting two years between books is kind of frustrating. Believe me I don’t want to be this slow either. I think moving apartments and looking for a day job this year certainly didn’t help. Anyway, my goal is to have the book done sometime by the end of next year.

Tentative schedule:
Writing – finish by Winter 2013
Production – finish by Summer/Fall 2014
Kickstarter Fundraising – Fall 2014
Release Date – Fall/Winter 2014
Cons – ALA/TCAF/AX 2015 (depending on application approvals)

Why so long? Assuming the book will be around 160 pages, I think I can finish about 15 pages a month alongside the day job and the CGMA class I’m taking. I’m pretty excited to be telling this story. I think the writing’s a little tighter now that all the characters know about each other and I definitely think my art’s improved since the last book. In the absence of ongoing comics on the site, I’ll just be grateful when people remember I’m still doing a series. (haha)
